Janice Webb Kirstein
Janice Webb Kirstein has identified as an artist since the age of five. She studied art and advertising design at Utah State University, then continued her studies at der Hochschule der Kunste in Berlin, Germany on a Carl Duisberg scholarship. in 1996 she began studying under Henry Stinson, where she learned about the nuances of color, gained a love of painting outside, and flourished under a compassionate teacher. Janice lives in Seattle and is President for Plein Air Washington. She co-teaches a painting class with Pat Clayton, who also shows at Madison Art Collective.
